Solar water heater equipment -CNC shearing machine:
1.The solar systmes machine is used for shearing of the metal sheets along the required length & width .
2.The shearing m/c is hydraulically operated in all function & movements.
3.The machine is numerically controlled in which all the shearing size parameters (length & width) are controlled.
4.The angle of the blade is known as rake angle changes from 0^oC to 3^oC depending upon the thickness of the sheet metal to be sheared.
5.Maximum thickness capacity of the sheet to be sheared is about 6mm.Machine blade clearance for shearing of a particular thickness of the sheet metal is also varies from 0-6mm.
6.The accuracy of the machine is on the shearing length is about +/-0.5mm.
